How many miles do I get with my rental? Unlimited.
All rentals come with NO mileage limit but must stay within the county rented from or close to your venue or event.

Is my reservation timeframe, price, or availability guaranteed? Yes.
At the discretion of JL Luxury Car Service, if severe inclement weather occurs (i.e. - tornados, ice storms, etc.) a full refund will be given. If you don't want a refund, please reschedule.
What is the cancellation refund policy?
Once you book your vehicle with JL Luxury Car Service, you will be charged the full payment to reserve your time frame. Any cancellation will result in a 50% REFUND (Service Fee). You will also receive a refund of your $500 (Deposit Fee), NO EXCEPTIONS.
Why do I need to pay a $500 fully refundable deposit?
Each time you book an appointment with JL Luxury Car Service, a $500 fully refundable deposit is included in your service during checkout. If the chauffeur driver finds any interior or exterior damage(s), your deposit will be used to pay for that damage. If your damage is over $500, a bill will be emailed to you and that payment must be paid in full, immediately by client.
Why would you bill me for damage? We come across a lot of minor scuffs and scrapes on our cars when they are rented – sometimes customers scratch the front bumper or scratch the vehicle by leaning on the vehicle. These repairs are not cheap and can take sometime to repair. JL Luxury Car Service will bill you for any damage(s). We work with a few certified auto body shops, specializing in luxury & exotic vehicles, our invoice will come from these professionals that work on high end vehicles. Once we receive an invoice, renter must pay invoice in full immediately.

Do you pickup from my home? Yes
JL Luxury Car Service will pick up and drop off clients within 20 miles of zip code 30326. If you require travel outside of our 20 miles radius, based on mapping we will charge an additional $250 for up to 10 miles outside of the radius. This $250 fee repeats for each additional up to 10 mile segment outside of the radius. We make it very simple!
What are the requirements for renting a vehicle? A valid driver's license is necessary. Your address on your driver's license must match your address on your major credit card. Also, you must provide us with a copy of your driver's license, email a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org
Are there any penalties for extending the rental over the scheduled time frame? Yes.
If renter wants to continue renting our vehicle after their scheduled timeframe, the rate remains the same. Rental service will be available only if another appointment isn't booked.
Are there hourly rentals? No.
Minimum rental is 1 hour. The maximum rental period is 7 days. Need to rent a car for more than 7 days? Let us know.
Can I book a car for someone else? Yes.
When reserving or booking, keep in mind that your name and address on your drivers license must match your name and address on your major credit card. Your driver's license cannot be expired at time of rental, no exceptions.
Do I need to send JL Luxury Car Service a copy of my drivers license in order to rent vehicle? Yes.
Email a clear copy of your drivers license while you book your appointment. This is mandatory in order to book your rental. Send a clear copy, preferably in color to email@example.com

Can I pay with cash? Yes.
But reserving a car in advance requires full payment up front with a major credit card or gift card. You can then pay with cash at the time we pick you up and we'll refund your original payment.
Can tall people fit comfortably in an exotic car? Yes.
Do you sell gift cards? Yes.
You can purchase gift cards from our online booking system or over the phone for any amount. 🎁
How early should I expect my rental to show up? In most cases 15 minutes before your rental start time or sooner.
How much does it cost to rent a car for 24 hour? rental prices range from $3,850 up to $19,999.
Are there any other services? Yes. Our goal is complete customer satisfaction and, unlike our competitors, we have other premium services available by appointment only to ensure your experience will be memorable. Give us a shout – we’ll do our best to work around your schedule.
